"What a Wally" Muffin Bread

This is the simplest of breads. No kneading. Just mix it all in a bowl and thats all! The bread itself is soft and moist and the the best thing is that you can play around with different flavour combos.

Method:

  1. preheat the oven to 175 degC
  2. mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (the mixture will be a sticky dough)
  3. use a large 6 muffin tray (non-stick) or use olive oil to grease the tray
  4. spoon in dough mix into each and fill to the top
  5. bake in the oven for 30mins. Test with a skewer
  6. remove from oven and let cool slightly. eat them warm with butter!
